Deposit Requirement

• A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment slot.

 

Rescheduling Policy

• You may reschedule your appointment if you provide at least 24 hours' notice.

 

• To reschedule, an additional 25% deposit will be required.

 

• Your original deposit will be credited toward your rescheduled appointment.

 

Cancellation Policy

• If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.

 

• Failure to reschedule at least 24-hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
