Deposit, Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Deposit Requirement
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Rescheduling Policy
You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice.
To reschedule, an additional 25% deposit is required. Your original deposit will be credited toward the new appointment.

Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your appointment, the deposit is non-refundable.
Failure to reschedule at least 24 hours in advance will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

Vehicle Terms
Please remove all personal items, valuables, and car seats before your appointment. For liability reasons, we do not move or remove them.
If your vehicle requires extra time due to heavy dirt, stains, or pet hair, a $80/hr fee (billed in 15-minute increments) may apply. We’ll always check with you before proceeding.
While we aim for the best results, some stains, odors, and materials may be beyond what detailing can correct. We’ll let you know what to expect during your pre-inspection.

On-Site Service Terms
For safety, please stay at least 10–15 feet away from our work area. If you need us, just get our attention from a safe distance.
If your vehicle has hazardous conditions (e.g., mold, urine, biohazards, or sharp objects), we may not be able to complete the service and will discuss next steps with you.
If your vehicle requires additional time due to excessive dirt, stains, or pet hair, a $80/hr fee (billed in 15-minute increments) may apply.

Photo & Video Policy
We often document our work through photos and videos taken before, during, and after the service. These may be used for marketing or portfolio purposes, but we always avoid showing license plates, addresses, or anything that could personally identify you.
If you’d prefer we don’t use photos or videos of your vehicle, just let us know in advance—we’re happy to respect your request.

Satisfaction Guarantee
If something doesn’t meet your expectations, please let us know during your post-service walkthrough or within 24 hours. If we missed an area or there’s a workmanship issue, we’ll gladly fix it at no extra cost.
We ask for the opportunity to address any concerns first—outside cleaning or repairs void the guarantee. If a redo is declined, any refund is limited to 20% of the service total.

Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of service.
Undisclosed stains, odors, or hazardous conditions may result in additional charges. Refusing necessary services may impact results and void the satisfaction guarantee.
Unpaid invoices are subject to a $10 per day flat rate fee, plus any legal or collection fees if applicable—but we truly hope it never comes to that.

Vehicle Condition & Pre-Inspection
Before beginning any service, we’ll walk through the vehicle with you to note pre-existing conditions and clarify expectations.
Some imperfections—like deep scratches, worn materials, or set-in stains—may not be fully correctable through detailing.

Long Distance Travel Fee
This add-on applies if your location is more than 90 minutes round-trip from us. Please select it if you're located outside Fairfax, Prince William, Loudoun County, or the cities of Alexandria, Arlington, or Falls Church.
